24/7 Alarm Monitoring Services
An alarm that no one answers is just noise. Pulsar's UL-listed central station has been watching over homes, businesses, and multifamily properties since 1974 — trained operators, around the clock, every day of the year, connected to your systems over supervised cellular paths that report their own failures. When something happens at your property, someone is already responding.
One Central Station. Every Critical System.
A home security panel. A 300-unit community with elevators, pool phones, and a fire panel in every building. We watch all of it from the same central station — and you call one number when you need us.
- Fire Alarm Monitoring: Code requires it. We verify the signal and have the fire department rolling in seconds.
- Security Monitoring: Break-ins, panic buttons, cameras. Real operators answer — whether it's a full commercial system or Pulsar HALO.
- Security & Pool Phone Monitoring: The phones people only touch in an emergency. We make sure they work every single time.
- Elevator Phone & Area of Refuge Lines: Two-way communication in every cab and refuge station — code-compliant, no copper required.
- Gate & Telephone Entry Lines: Entry systems that stay online, on cellular, with us watching the connection.
Supervised Cellular — Because a Dead Line Protects No One
Most monitoring failures don't happen at the central station. They happen on the line: an aging copper phone line quietly dies, the panel can't call out, and everything still looks armed. That's why every Pulsar-monitored path is supervised — the panel and our central station exchange constant check-in signals, so a failed connection raises its own alert within minutes instead of being discovered during an emergency.
We connect systems over dual-carrier cellular (Verizon and AT&T networks), so a single carrier outage can't take your property dark — and if your building is still feeding expensive legacy phone lines, our ResQ Connect program converts fire, elevator, pool, and entry lines to supervised cellular, usually for far less than the phone lines cost today.
Homes, Businesses, and Entire Portfolios
Multifamily & Commercial. Property managers use Pulsar to consolidate every monitored line — fire, elevator, pool, entry, security — under one provider with one point of accountability. Fire-code compliance, documented response, and portfolio-level reporting come standard. See our multifamily solutions →
Residential. From professionally installed home systems to Pulsar HALO, our self-install smart security line, every residential system gets the same UL-listed central station — real operators who dispatch police or fire whether your phone is charged or not.
Systems we didn't install? In many cases we can take over monitoring of existing equipment. Contact us with your panel details and we'll confirm.

24/7 Alarm Monitoring: FAQ
What happens when my alarm goes off?
Your panel signals our central station within seconds. Operators follow the response plan on file — verifying with your contacts where appropriate, then dispatching fire or police and notifying your list. This happens 24/7/365, whether it's 2 PM or 2 AM.
What does "UL-listed" monitoring mean?
Underwriters Laboratories certifies central stations against strict standards for staffing, redundancy, facilities, and response procedures. A UL-listed station is independently audited to be genuinely operational around the clock — it's the credential to require from any monitoring provider.
Can you monitor a system Pulsar didn't install?
Often, yes. Many panels can be connected to our central station with a cellular communicator, keeping your existing equipment in place. Contact us with your system details and we'll confirm compatibility.
Do you monitor over phone lines or cellular?
Supervised cellular is our standard — dual-carrier, with line supervision that detects and reports connection failures. Copper phone lines are being retired industry-wide and fail silently; if your systems still depend on them, ask about ResQ Connect.
Do you monitor both homes and businesses?
Both — residential systems (including HALO), commercial fire and security systems, and full multifamily communities with pool phones, elevator lines, and entry systems. Same central station, same operators, sized to the property.

Put five decades of UL-listed monitoring behind your property — and connections that never fail silently.
