FAQ

Coverage Questions, Answered

Do you really serve the whole country?

Yes. UL-listed central-station monitoring covers all 50 states, Pulsar HALO ships anywhere in the US, and our commercial fire and security teams regularly take on projects far beyond New Hampshire and Texas. Wherever you are, start with a call.

What do the offices in New Hampshire and Texas do?

They're our home bases for local technicians and fast in-person response — Plaistow, NH covers New England and Keller, TX covers the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Projects everywhere else are staffed and managed from these offices.

Is monitoring the same in every state?

Yes. Every monitored system — home or commercial, near an office or not — is backed by the same UL-listed central station, so trained operators can dispatch police, fire, or medical help the moment an alarm triggers.
